Soms voel ik me schuldig als ik denk aan het aantal jongeren die in een burn-out zitten. Een van de grootste oorzaken is onder andere social media en de continuïteit van te hoge verwachtingen en door jezelf te vergelijken met anderen. Het heeft mij ook een tijdje heel erg beïnvloed en ik kreeg het gevoel dat ik te weinig had bereikt🤦🏽‍♀️⠀ ⠀ We laten nou eenmaal niet zo graag zien wanneer het minder gaat. Het moet maar altijd goed gaan, je moet altijd bezig zijn, druk zijn en overal aanwezig zijn. En nu kom ik terug op mijn schuldgevoel, soms denk ik dat ik te positief ben waarbij iemand misschien kan denken dat het altijd goed gaat. Let’s get things straight, het leven gaat in golven en ook ik zwem soms in mijn gedachten🌊🏊🏽‍♀️⠀ ⠀ Het is helemaal oké om je niet oké te voelen❤️ Als we meer in waardevolle ervaringen en leermomenten zouden denken dan in bucketlists, dan wordt de druk die we voelen ook hopelijk minder. Sta stil bij kleine momenten en koester die op je eigen manier.
