The Senior AD-PLL System ARCHITECT will be responsible for the definition, design and implementation of low power AD-PLL’s and the LO distribution systems and circuits for their transceivers.

  • In-depth knowledge on AD-PLL system architecture and design, AD-PLL system and block modeling in Matlab and in Verilog-AMS as well as in high-speed digital circuits (dividers, TDC’s);
  • Genuine experienced in the following fields (not necessarily all): high-frequency DCO’s, RF Inductor design, Sigma-Delta Modulators, Digital filters, 28nm and 40nm RF-CMOS technologies, layout parasitic-aware design;
  • Proficiency with Cadence analog and digital IC design and simulation tools such as Virtuoso schematic, layout and ADE-XL verification (IC6);
