The Sales Manager reports to the Director Marketing and Sales and focuses on the worldwide promotion and realization of sales of bioreactor systems. As a Sales Manager you;
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the coming years
- Will generate, maintain and monitor the annual operational annual plan as well as the quarterly sales plan
- Will manage a team of experienced and highly specialized area managers and sales engineers in order to realize the commercial goals of the organization
- Are highly motivated to communicate with prospects, customers, partners and distributors as well as to acquire new customers
- Encourage and support the distributor network
- Manage the performance of the distributors is an essential part of the job and if necessary you will recruit/replace distributors.
