As a Customer Service agent you will proactively support the Operations and Finance department from A to Z. You will also provide your clients with the best service whilst answering questions regarding the service or invoices.
- Keep in touch with clients to ensure a great service to any question they may have
- You call clients to make sure the invoicing runs smoothly
- Make sure every client has a point of contact inside the organisation
- Take care of the administration regarding documentation and client portals
