Do you have strong organization skills and have some experience in finance? Are you fluent in English? Than we are looking for you!

For our client in Delft, we are looking for a fulltime Office Assistant. Currently, they are located in Delft, but they have plans to move to Amsterdam soon.

What is the job about?

As an assistant you will support processes related to administrative tasks in accounting such as posting and archiving invoices and expense claims, but also support in VAT declaration. Due to the Corona restrictions, you will work from home and the emphasis will lie on financial tasks, but once everything is up and running you will have a very versatile job!

Namely, you will execute HR related tasks such as organizing job interviews, drafting contracts, managing sick-leave and supporting the onboarding of new employees. Finally, your tasks include office management and support of the VP. That is, ordering stationary, organizing meeting rooms, ordering beverages, contact with external service providers, taking care of travel requests and organize meetings.

All in all, it is a very all-round job function!
