Accountabilities
- Own the business process for Serialization Alert EU Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) management & Finished Drug Product (FDP) Track and Trace.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and deliver on productivity targets.
- Ensures compliance with SOX & GMP regulations.
Responsibilities Global distribution operations – Business process third party distribution complaints
- Act as business process owner EU FMD Serialization Alert management.
- Act as business process owner for EU Finished Drug Product (FDP) track and Trace.
- Perform daily analysis of Alerts received from the National Medicines Verification Organization (NMVO).
- Own monthly and quarterly EU FMD Alert trend reporting process.
- Continuously drive improvements and standardization EMEA global distribution operations business processes.
- Support with the follow up on distribution and product complaint returns for the EMEA region.
- Support with the investigation and documentation of third-party distribution complaints.
- Support with Customer master data (CMD) updates in ERP system.
- Communicate with related topics with Local Service Providers (LSPs).
Other
- Represent Global Distribution in cross functional project teams
- Identify and initiate process and system improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in in Supply Chain or related area
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
- 40 hours position.
- Expected to work from Amgen Breda, Netherlands office at least 1 day per week.
